This week Mamaku 2 went to school camp to Fox Glacier! We had a terrific time!
My favourite highlights
Swimming
We went Swimming at lake Mapourika everyone who went in the water we had to wear colourful swimming caps so the parents looking after us could see us easily.
We went to the Fox Glacier School pool which was next door to the Top Ten Holiday Park.
Geo Caching
The first day we went Geo Caching. We had to find 4 little containers that were hidden in different places with clues in them. We typed the coordinates into Google maps and it said what road it was on and when you were getting closer to it.
Spotlight
We played Spotlight one night. I got caught twice because Me and Jazmine were rolling around in the grass and Jazmine face planted in the grass. Me and Jazmine were hiding under a bush.
Glow Worms
On the first night we went for a walk to see the glow worms. Miss panther scared me and then I had an idea scar everybody. We had lots of fun doing the glow worm walk.
I am looking forward to camp next year!
